Robert Donnelly by William Macdiarmid his Attorney sues Alexander Calder and Thomas Purdon who have been summoned by virtue of a writ issued on the 31st day of July AD 1874.
For money payable by the defendants to the Plaintiff (as assignee of William Donnelly under an assignment of the claim of the said William Donnelly against the defendants which assignment was made by the said William Donnelly to the Plaintiff by deed duty executed and bearing date on the Twenty first day of July AD 1874) for goods sold and delivered by the said William Donnelly to the defendants and for goods bargained and sold by the said William Donnelly for the defendants and for work done and materials provided by the said William Donnelly for the defendants at their request, and for money lent by the said William Donnelly to the defendants, and for money paid by the said William Donnelly for the defendants at their request, and for money received by the defendants for the use of the said William Donnelly and for interest who on money due by the defendants to the said William Donnelly and for [illegible] at interest by the said William Donnelly to the defendants at their request and for money found to be due from the defendants to the said William Donnelly on accounts stated between them [...].
