TITLE XXIV.
Definitive conclusions of our
Prosecutors, or of those of the
Seigneurial courts.
ARTICLE I.
AFTER the re-examination & the confrontation have been concluded, our
Prosecutors or those of the Seigneurs will learn of the trial proceedings,
in order to render their definitive Conclusions; which they will be required
to do shortly.
ARTICLE II.
WE forbid them to appear at the trial proceedings, or judgment, or to pronounce
their Conclusions verbally, [...]

ARTICLE III.
THE Conclusions will be rendered in writing & sealed, & will not contain the reasons for their findings.
