Dear Mr. Oliver:-

We are informed that you are familiar with the operations of the Christian Community of Universal Brotherhood, Ltd., which organization owns land in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.

We have been asked to refinance this proposition, in order that they might have an opportunity to pay their scattered indebtedness.

We understand you have either had dealings with them, or are familiar with their operations, and would be pleased to have you give use your opinion as to whether they are prompt in taking care of their obligations, or do you consider them neglectful and careless in their method of doing business.

Any information you might give us will be appreciated and kept in confidence.
