Il-se-dont-nellIl-se-dont-nell was an Indian woman present at William Manning's residence when the house was attacked by Tahpit and Anaheim. She heard a shot, saw the dead body of Manning, and noticed many Indians around the house. Like Nancy, she escaped and later testified against Tahpit at the Trial of Six Indians, presided over by Matthew Begbie. |
