James Donnelly and William Donnelly by Hugh Macmahon their Attorney sued out a Writ of Summons against H. Dewart endorsed according to the Common Law Procedure Act as follows: The following are the particulars of the Plantiffs' Claim.
$19.62 On goods bargained and sold and sold and delivered by the Plantiffs to the defendant.
294.72 On a promissary note for that amount dated 3 July 1876 by defendant payable six months after date.
