James Carroll, John Kennedy, Martin McLoughlin, James Ryder, Thomas Ryder and John Purtell stand charged before us two of her Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex as aforesaid this 13 day of March in the year of our Lord 1880 for that the said James Carroll, John Kennedy, Martin McLoughlin, James Ryder, Thomas Ryder and John Purtell did on the 4 day of February 1880 feloniously and their malice aforethought kill and murder James Donnelly, Judith Donnelly, Thomas Donnelly, Bridget Donnelly, and John Donnelly [...].
