This is an action arising out of the late collision between the Exeter stages, a few miles from this city. Plaintiff wishes to recover damages for injuries on that occasion, alleging that defendant was to blame for the collision. The case was set down to be tried at next County [Dount ?], no costs of the present court to either party. For plaintiff, Glass; for defendant, Rock.
