ANOTHER OUTRAGE IN LUCAN

– The latest intelligence from Lucan is that the people are still in great terror, in consequence of the late outrages. It is stated that so frightened have residents become that a number of watchmen have lately guarded the streets over night, armed with revolvers. An attempt was made to burn the Oddfellows’ Hall, but it was dicovered, and prevented.
