THE FEEHELEYS.

Their Formal Arrest on a Warrant Last Night, Charged With the Murder of the Five Donnellys.

Shortly after six o'clock last night Detectives H.R. Schram and Pope visited the jail and formally arrested the two Feeheley brothers upon a warrant issued by Squire Peters, of which the substance is as follows:

WARRANT TO APPHREHEND.

To the constables for the Country of Middlesex, etc.:
Whereas, information hath this day been laid before the undersigned, one of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for said county (Middlesex), for that James Feheeley and William Feeheley did on the fourth day of February, A. D. 1880, at Biddulph in said county of Middlesex, feloniously, and of their malace aforethought, kill and murder James Donnelly, Judith Donnelly, Bridget Donnelly, Thomas Donnelly and John Donnelly. An oath being now made before me substantisting the matter of such information. These are therefore to command you, in Her Majesty's name, forthwith to apprehend the said James Feheeley and William Feheeley, and bring them before me or some one or more of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said county. Given under my hand and seal this 4th day of July, 1881.

The reading of the warrant produced a very marked effect upon the brothers, especially James, who turned quite pale. The next step will be to bring them before a Magistrate, when they will probably be remanded.
