A Mr. Samuel Lount Everett of Village Constable renoun, moved out bag and baggage to day. I am led to understand that not one solitary individual called upon him to bid him good bye. He left unwept, unhonoured and unsung, without leaving one friend behind who cared a damn what became of him. [...] But he was the greatest unhung scoundrel in every sense of the word that ever set foot in the corporation. [...] Be he played traitor to his very best friends upon the slightest occasion; and this alone stamps him as a scoundrel of the first water. [...]
