Having Entered and following his Reading of The sentence of the other parties, he stated that he is Appealing the said sentence before our Seigneurs of the Conseil Superieur of This country And Signed

Upon which we ordained that the Said Marie Joseph, Angélique Be Forthwith Transferred with her trial To the Conciergerie Du Palais in quebec, under Good and Sound Escort as Required, And In Remanding the said accused into the custody of Those who will take Charge of Her The Gaol keeper Will Be Well Relieved of Her; dated on The Said Day and year aforementioned.
