On Thursday the twenty-seven of
May Seventeen Hundred
thirty-four at eight in the morning.

Had brought Before Us by the Gaol keeper the said accused whom we Confronted with amable Lemoine last witness [...]

stated to Know of each other [...]

And Interrogated [...] the Said accused stated she had no Reproaches to make.

This done we proceeded with a Reading to the said accused of the Deposition And Re-examination And Having heard it the Said accused stated that the said Amable is Lying; that someone must have told Her to Say that she saw her Go Up to the Attic with Some embers, and said to the said witness “my little amable, come here By me,

And tell Me who it is that told you to say This; I will Give you a Morsel of sugar.” And the said witness stated that Her Deposition And Re-examination are truthful; And maintained to the said Accused present that she heard her speak as stated in Her said deposition And Re-examination, in Adding “yes you Went Up while the little girls Played.” And Maintained this to the said accused. A Reading done to them of the present Confrontation Each persisted on their own Behalf, And both declared to not know how to Write or Sign, as requested.
