Report on the restored buildings of the Hôtel-Dieu, 6 October 1735.
The ground floor of 107 feet in length by 28 feet In width, contains a Community hall, refectory, Yard, Kitchen, vestibules, and a Corridor.
A section for Lodging of the same Dimensions upstairs on the first Floor, of which the division into Chambers is not yet complete.
The second Floor of the same Dimensions is in the Same State as the first.
The Walls of the house of the Indentured Servants next to the Community of the said Sisters are Entirely restored and measure Approximately 100 feet in length By 18 feet in Width but the wooden structure has still not been erected.
As for the Lodgings of the Paupers One large room for the sick, of 78 feet in Length By twenty-four feet in Width, has been completed.
A Chamber for the warehouse, the staircase and The Latrines. The upstairs of the said lodgings is Entirely encased with glassed windows and the ceiling joists are set simply.
The Cellars are also complete, and all of the said Lodgings, of both the Community of the said Sisters and the Paupers, are now covered with planks.
