George Thomson, Letter to Blodwen Davies, Dec. 29, 1930
Owen Sound, Ont.
Dec. 29. 1930.
Dear Miss Davies,
Allow me to congratulate you upon the efficient and sympathetic manner in which you have handled the story of Tom Thomson in the booklet “Paddle and Palette”, which I have recently read.
So far as I can judge the facts are as nearly right as it would be possible to state them and besides the story is entertainingly and sympathetically told with what seems to me – in my limited knowledge of such matters – a fine literary style.
With kindest regards and best wishes I am
Yours sincerely,
George Thomson
