Dear Sir,-
On the grounds of a grievance, the nature of which grievance I have explained and described to you on a previous occasion, I hereby make application to the Gold Commissioner, for a grant to four (4) mining claims, three (3) of said claims described as below, No’s (1), two (2), and (3) three, on eighty creek, all placer creek claims, in the Hunker Creek Mining Division of the Yukon Territory, Canada. The fourth I wish to hold over for future selection.
Respectfully asking you to give my application your favourable consideration and to present the same to the Gold Commissioner with your approval.
