Lauréat Couture

Born in 1884, he was a constable in the Quebec Provincial Police. He was called to Ste. Philomène de Fortierville on February 13, 1920, to arrest the two defendants, Télesphore Gagnon and Marie-Anne Houde, and to gather evidence and exhibits.
