Conclusions by the King's prosecutor, 4 June 1734.
In view of the addition of Information on the xxbye [26th] of May last done at my Request against Marie joseph Angelique negress accused and Accomplice, Containing the Hearing of Amable Moniere, the Re-examination of the said amable moniere and the Confrontation of the said accused with the said Moniere, Boudard, Charlotte desrivieres and Sieur volant de Radisson, all on the twenty-seven of May last, and the Confrontation of margueritte de Couagne with the accused, on the second of this month, confrontation of Dame francheville with the accused on this day And everything considered.
I Persist on behalf of the King as to the Conclusions I arrived at on the twenty-six of the last month And with Regard to thibault I request that it be ordained that the Re-examination of the witnesses stand as Confrontation so that after the Torture of the said marie Joseph angelique Negress, Her Interrogation Communicated to me, I may Request or Conclude what will be required;dated at montreal the Fourth of June gbii c [1700] seventeen hundred thirty-four.
